  Like many places these days, the prices are high, they skimp on ingredients, no changing gloves, employees act like they rather be anywhere else.

  Terrible customer service!! I walked in and told the guy I placed a pick up order but was it possible to pay for an upgrade he then proceeded to look at me up and down (black woman) and said “I don’t have an order for you” - without even checking name so then I asked him the address and confirmed and showed him my SUBWAY APP to which I placed the order and not freaking DoorDash. He asked my name and I have my name (not knowing my middle name was on my subway account) and i literally showing him it’s my account I paid my money and this is my transaction .. he literally was refusing to give me the food I paid for

  Unsafe. The restaurant is small and there are no mask enforcement. Lady in front of me wasn’t wearing mask and a family of 5 walked in not everyone was wearing masks. Felt unsafe. Not going back
