  My package said it would be delivered today 6/19 between 10:20a-2:20p, yet it did not arrive during that time period. As well, there have been no updates. When I called customer service, they told me they did not have any updates except that if it would not be delivered today, then it would be delivered on another day. This, I might add is not an update.
