  I had an amazing experience at DHL in Norcross. These guys are truly wonderful! I was there with them from the time they opened all the way until the end of the day, and despite the long process, they never stopped being helpful, patient, and professional. By the end of the day, they really put a smile on my face. A special shoutout to Cynthia—she has such a great personality and knows exactly how to make you laugh, even during a stressful day. Her positive energy made a huge difference. A special thanks as well to Erick and Paige for all their help—they were incredibly supportive and made the entire experience even better. Thank you to the whole team for the outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate all your help!

  This facility was Clueless in Shipping passports to Passport office, whom DHL is the express shipper of choice… I feel the person serving could not be less helpful and didn’t really try to or want to really understand the process on what address to use..

  The ladies, Cynthia and Paige, are super fun and very helpful. Had to send something international and they got my shipment together perfectly!
