  Came in today to get my battery checked. I was greeted by Miguel who checked my battery for me and told me that my battery was good but just needed to be cleaned as the built up corrosion could be affecting the signal. He walked me back inside to show me what to get to clean the battery myself instead of bringing it to the dealership. The manager Tim then stepped in and recommended I get a kit instead of buying the brush and solution separately. Tim kindly offered to clean the corrosion for me in the 87 degrees hot Atlanta sun. After Tim cleaned the corrosion my car started up with no issue. I explained to Tim the noise my car was making earlier when I tried to start it and he took the time to run a quick diagnostic test to see if anything else was going on. Three codes came up & he explained what each code meant and wrote everything down. I was very impressed with the staff’s helpfulness, especially Tim going the extra mile. This is what we call standard of excellence. My husband had a prior great experience at this location as well so he felt very comfortable with having me go alone and he was not surprised when I came home to share the wonderful experience I had.

  This is the BEST PLACE EVER! I had an emergency with my car and not only was I assisted with excellent service!!! They knew a reputable mechanic who could assist me with replacing the parts!!! There’s not many places you can trust as a woman but this place has always been good to me!
