  I called prior to making my purchase and picking up. The associate knew what time they were closing and sounded apprehensive over the phone about helping me install my windshield wiper blades. If your online site states that you assist, then make sure that your associates know how to deliver the services and customer service experience. I was disappointed. I received that they were about to close so I could return tomorrow. That’s more inconvenient for me. He didn’t have any additional customers to assist but presume that I would not return. I walked into the store and no one asked if I needed assistance or spoke to me. If you need assistance or better service seek another location. They are lazy and not friendly people working here.

  I would say this was best customer service I ever had in a parts store Justin R was the best so professional so respectful making sure I was taken care of amazing service from him definitely the guy to go to
