Absolutely unacceptable experience. This Wingstop closed its doors well before the posted closing time, leaving customers who arrived during business hours turned away. If your posted hours say you're open until a certain time, customers should be able to rely on that. Driving out of the way only to find employees refusing service before closing is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
What's the point of advertising operating hours if the restaurant decides to shut down whenever it wants? This shows a complete lack of respect for customers' time and creates a terrible impression of the business. If the kitchen needs to stop taking orders early, that should be clearly communicated instead of misleading people with inaccurate hours.
I expected better. Until management addresses this issue and ensures the location actually honors its posted hours, I won't be returning. Very disappointing.
In the first picture posted you can see that the location is closed with lights off and open sign off and everything put away.
In the second you can see the time of 11:40 p.m.
in the third picture it shows the operating hours for this location is until 12 a.m.
Extremely unprofessional.

Absolutely despise the management and employees they like to close wayyyy before time to close even up to an hour beforehand. when I get off work really late and only have so many options I really feel let down because this happens to be one of my favorite places to eat and cant due to lack of work ethic and responsibility of management/employees. Thank you so much for the inconvenience once again Wingstop!

We are Wingstop fans but we were disappointed in our visit. We ordered well done wings. Our order was ready in 9 minutes not the usual 18 minutes. They could not have been cooked to order The wings were not crispy. The diet coke came out clear. Had to ask staff twice and it was not corrected until we were almost done eating. I was told the person was too busy. It appeared there was only 1 person handling the front so they may have had staffing issues . The drink counter was dirty with a spilled drink and never cleaned up while we were there. Food bags were left on tables and a bottle of some type of cleaner was left on a table. This location needs a better manager.

Service was awsome floors were supper sticky and the boneless chicken was small over cooked and way over seasoned you could not even eat them and there frys have way to much cheese sauce first time going there and will probably never come back

I must say the food. Was prepared quickly, because I had to warm it when I got home. That was ok. The problem was the extremely hard fried fries. They were dried and crunchy, and the lemon pepper lacked the taste of the seasoning.
Food cost too much to waste money and not get what you paid for.
