  Food was good but I definitely want to acknowledge the lady who was working yesterday. It looked like she was running both front counter and cooking all by herself and did a damn good job. She wasn’t complaining or anything. I commend her and hope she’s getting paid good since people are afraid of working these days. There’s no reason for it to just be her but she did her thing. A1 service. If she’s there next time I go I will have cash on hand to tip her directly

  Staff not friendly. I asked for an extra sauce and they charge you almost $2.00 for a small a sauce which is ridiculous for the amount of money that I spent. i will take my business elsewhere from now on.

  They don’t honor specials or promotions unless they feel like it, they don’t cook the wings the way customers request—even though WE’RE the ones paying—and if you ask for a refund or a resolution, be prepared for an argument instead of customer service. There used to be an older lady managing this location who was always kind, professional, and actually cared about the customers. She set the standard. Now the place is being run by a manager who looks like Frozone and apparently thinks debating customers is part of the job description. The customer service has gone completely downhill. Do better, Wingstop Newnan.
