  They don’t honor specials or promotions unless they feel like it, they don’t cook the wings the way customers request—even though WE’RE the ones paying—and if you ask for a refund or a resolution, be prepared for an argument instead of customer service. There used to be an older lady managing this location who was always kind, professional, and actually cared about the customers. She set the standard. Now the place is being run by a manager who looks like Frozone and apparently thinks debating customers is part of the job description. The customer service has gone completely downhill. Do better, Wingstop Newnan.
