  I have visited this store in the past and the negative comments are true. I hadn’t been there in a while and went to return an Amazon package through UPS. The guy that waited on me was very rude and sarcastic. After sitting the package on the scale, I proceeded to show the confirmation bar code that is usually sent for a return and he treated me like I was a complete idiot for doing so with a very nasty tone. What is that? I said the bar code for the return and he said so is this, (scanning the barcode on the package) I don’t need that and then condescendingly started asking me questions about why I would I think he would need it. I told him I don’t know, I am just here to return my package. By then, I’m sure he saw the expression on my face and then tried to laugh it off as if it was no big deal. I then told him to please give me my receipt and that I see why this store has such low review ratings. I would rather drive out of the way to another store than put up with stuff like that.

  Great drop off for Amazon returns. They are busy at peak afternoon times though.
