excellent! first time having a nice experience with a subway in a little while. all 3 sandwiches were really good and the guy was really nice. but he was on the phone (airpods) so you had to give him the info clearly, which wasn't really an issue for me.

Placed an online order at noon for a 2:20 pickup. Order was for ten sandwiches. When I arrived at 2:25, the order was not ready. At 2:45, I was handed what was supposed to be my order. Two of the sandwiches were supposed to be footlong but were not. Staff member debated what they were supposed to be and I had to point them out on the order confirmation email. At 2:50 I left with my order (thirty minutes after it was supposed to be ready). Additionally, we discovered that one of the sandwiches, ordered with double meat, did not have the extra meat that we paid for. The receipt does not have a "contact us" number or direct website communication like most franchisees do these days, so this public forum is the only place I can seek redress.
