  Sent me to another store to replace the battery when they could have replaced it themselves. They said I have to get the battery replaced form where I ordered it from.

  On a rainy day I need some windshield wipers. I stopped by the store and I purchased some windshield washer fluid as well. When I walked in I was greeted by the three gentleman that were there. I asked for help with locating some other items I wanted for my vehicle and the cashier came out to help me. I appreciated that because most stores you go in they do not help when they are able to. Which proves to me they know the products. I got my windshield whispers and the manager I think his name was John came out to assist and put them on. Another thing I noticed was the store was clean and the staff were uniformed and kind. As a women I look for quality over quantity and they did that. I’ll be back .

  I placed two online orders. Robert and Blake both greeted and had my order ready. They even Installed my windshield wipers. Thanks for your help just being nice.

  Better staff than most advance stores, some actual car people that give decent advice and while they may not all be mechanics they are pretty good help on a diy project
