  I’m from out of town I happened to break down a couple blocks away And happened to run into Michael, at the Advance auto parts Michael went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. ! Michael was extremely helpful, professional, and provided top-tier customer service. Michael gave me the best customer service I’ve experienced—friendly, attentive, and truly helpful. 💯🙏

  I would like to thank Michael U. and Michael K. for helping us last Sunday afternoon (2/22/2026). We came up to Tifton to visit a friend. When we were driving back to Orlando, we experienced trouble with our Sante Fe and pulled into the Advance in Adel. They told us that our alternator was going out and that the store in Nashville had one. So we drove there, but the one they had in stock was not for our car. They called the store in Valdosta and found that they had one. Rather than leave us stranded like other Advances, Michael U. spent 40 minutes driving up there to get it for us. They said they were not going to leave us stranded and they meant it. Michael K. helped us swap the alternator and within the hour we were back on the road. We are very grateful for the truly amazing service they provided when we needed it the most. Without them, we would have been stranded for hours when we needed to get home to our kids and get ready for work in the morning. Again, thank you for providing excellent service and may God bless you all.
