  Staff here are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and EXTREMELY HELPFUL! After an accident on the interstate, helped me to get my tail lights situated so I could get back on the road. She was very thorough, making sure to look at all my lights, not just the affected one, and helping me to come up with a strategy to hold everything together until reaching my destination. Very pleased with the service provided.

  Absolutely Terrible Customer Service Went here for an oil filter. The cashier was cocky and rude. I handed him the part number for the oil filter. He tried to upcharge me for an oil filter by a different brand. I was taken back by the cost which was double what I was originally going to pay. ($26 for an oil filter is outrageous!) I was even more disgusted by the comment he made when I questioned the price. "We only sell top notch parts here. We don't sell cheap parts." The cashier's attitude and comments were abhorrent and vitriolic. I snatched my paper away from him and left without saying a word. Someone needs to teach that particular cashier respect and not every one is going to come in with massive budgets for so called top notch parts. I took my business to the competition who know how to take care of customers. As for the cashier I mentioned, his attitude could use a tune up or I suspect his career will end up in the junkyard.

  The old man that works here stole my credit card information. I was told they were taking curbside orders due to covid but when he came out to my car he said he needed to run my card inside. I had just opened the card out the mail that morning. I woke up on mother's day( a day or two later) to fraudulent charges. He tries to buy texas roadhouse gift cards and roses online . 100% it was this man because that was the only place I had ever used the card and again he insisted he take it inside the store to run it even though I thought they had already ran it over the phone. I had to cancel that card which then brought my credit score down that I had worked an entire year on. This place sucks and they hire untrustworthy trash.
