  Im so glad im not the only one who thinks this is the WORST UPS IN GEORGIA. I came to drop off some packages. Some form Amazon, which was a smooth process, but I had one that was for USPS. When I tried hand it to her to have it ready for pickup, which I have done at every and any other UPS with no issue, she tried to DENY it, stating UPS can’t take them. I questioned her, saying that every other UPS had taken them. She then says she can take them but she won’t be able to give receipt. That is a COMPLETELY different answer. I said it was fine and handed her my package ,in which she then tossed it to the side like a piece of garbage. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if my package somehow “ got lost” in transit. Woman was a tall black woman. Absolutely dreadful experience.

  I just left this location and they MAKE you scan your items for Amazon returns. The clerk refused to accept my returns. This is supposed to be OPTIONAL for customers. I absolutely hate this location. I see why they only have 2 stars.

  Extemely rude staff! Unfortunately, every visit has been met with unfriendly service and little willingness to help. The staff consistently come across as annoyed, angry, or uninterested. If this is your only convenient option, be prepared for a long wait and low expectations when it comes to customer service. Easily one of the least pleasant experiences I've had.
