  Wish there was a 0 star option. Use any other UPS. After I left I was in and out of the Stockbridge location happily served in 30 seconds. I can’t imagine a worse representation of the UPS Brand then the MT Zion Location

  The absolute WORST!!! This store is the closest to me but I'll drive all the way to the Eagles Landing locations to avoid this store. The guy smokes weed in the back and the smell travels to the front of the store. He doesn't greet you and always appears aggravated by you just walking in the store. The weed smoking alone should have this place shutdown. This store gives the UPS STORE brand a bad name.

  It's 10:11am on a saturday and they still haven't opened the doors. Y'all open at 10am. Open on time.

  Tall dark skin guy in the store has a very nasty attitude like he doesn’t want to be at work. I had to ask the UPS guy that was picking up parts from there to get someone to help me. He sent the guy out that works there & he had an attitude, not my fault if he was working alone.

  Very rude, no customer service skills at all!!!!! No proper greeting. The lady was on tik tok live while I was at the counter. No eye contact. I had to leave out of the store to avoid from addressing the lack of customer service skills and allow my son’s father to complete the transaction. I won’t be back.
