    Walked in wasn’t greeted or anything. Placed order 30 mins prior and order was not ready when arrived. Computer was even beeping because the order was overdue. The employee grab the ticket and I asked was that my mobile order and employee responded yes. So I stepped back thinking she was going to start making it. She didn’t and started helping the people in store even though my order was overdue. I asked was she going to make it and she replied no because she is doing something right now. So I asked for the order to just be cancelled and they said they could but one of the employees said he would start on mine next. Now I’m being told it’s going to be even longer for the tortilla to be made. This is the second time I have place and online order at this location and it not be ready. I been waiting for an order that was placed at 8:05pm. It’s 8:55pm and I’m still waiting.

    Service so slow I’m writing a complaint while I’m waiting on my Togo order. I’ve been here for 20 mins and the 2 girls running this store couldn’t move at all slower pace. I placed my order before I even got here, and I’m still waiting.

    One of the worst subways ever. The service was horrible since the workers didn’t even greet us or say anything to us even though we were the only people there. We waited around 10-15 minutes without anyone taking our order while the employees just talked to each other. The employees barely had their hair nets on and would shake and itch their hair everywhere in the food. In addition to this, the atmosphere was dirty and not well kept.

    Sat in line for 15 minutes with one person in front of me. Once they had made a few sandwiches I was told they had 6 more sandwiches to go and only one staff member. What a colossal waste of time
