  Easy in an outfit dropping off packages and making sure you have the picture for your government state, ID or passport. One of the best places you can go to and have warm customer service. Try and help you if they're not too busy in the back, but always honest and upfront about what they're doing. And I'll tell you if they're busy, most places don't even do that nowadays, but yes. This place, I will go through all the time to drop off. FedEx packages and pick up anything that I need for office supplies or other thing. Else that's close by besides, for The Home Depot on terrible boulevard, we should do mine going to every now and then get my special cartridges. Yes, special cartridges. Don't worry about it. This place will have you in and out of no time? Does be patient if someone will get to you?And that's a good thing , especially when you gotta ship off something in a hurry.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience with Devon at FedEx! I came in at the very last minute needing help printing items for my son’s birthday party, and Devon was extremely patient, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. I was worried because I didn’t want to keep him past his time, but he never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. He continued helping me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. His customer service skills are amazing professional, patient, friendly, and always smiling! Thank you so much, Devon, for helping this stressed-out mom get everything ready for her little boy’s birthday! 🎂🦖💙 FedEx is lucky to have you. **Great job, Devon! Keep up the amazing work!

  Don't send phones through that FedEx office. I sent an iPhone 17 to my daughter who lives in Florida. They stole that phone and instead put another phone of very bad quality inside the package. I reported it to FedEx with all the available evidence and they did not solve the case. FedEx should be responsible when hiring staff or have better security measures. I don't care that there are thieves in their offices, but they should be responsible with their customers to replace the value of items stolen because of them. They should also hire good researchers. They don't do their job well. They didn't replenish me a single dollar. Never in my life will I use FedEx again and I don't recommend it either.
