  Horrible everything 😪 customer service ain't for customers .... Unbothered attitude bad had to wait while she waited for ppl coming afterwards but she was busy head down playing with Phone no 📵 waiting on customers act as if I was bothering her than. Her being at work than lied about number just bad experience yeah probably will return within time and go somewhere else bc nope no ty guess @cricket yall pay employees to sue phone not sell them my apologies no idea that was job description

  The associate was friendly but I forgot her name. She helped me get the moto 6 on the 55 dollar plan but she didn't tell me that with the moto 6 2026, the protection plan doesn't cover cracks in the screen. You have to buy a whole new phone which is only $40 so it's still a good plan but I wish I knew this phone doesn't cover replacement for cracked screens

  Service was ok, but they didn't set up my phone and xfer my info. Been having the worst problem with all that and not having my files or apps xfered. Disappointed 😔
