  The associate was friendly but I forgot her name. She helped me get the moto 6 on the 55 dollar plan but she didn't tell me that with the moto 6 2026, the protection plan doesn't cover cracks in the screen. You have to buy a whole new phone which is only $40 so it's still a good plan but I wish I knew this phone doesn't cover replacement for cracked screens

  Service was ok, but they didn't set up my phone and xfer my info. Been having the worst problem with all that and not having my files or apps xfered. Disappointed 😔

  OMG I WAS EXTREMELY UPSET AND EXHAUSTED WITH CRICKET I COULDNT GET ANY HELP I WALKED INTO THIS LOCATION JESSICA EXPLAINED I AM A 3rd party the actual Cricket themselves was the reason for the error even tho she couldn’t reverse it she went over and beyond to help me speak with them and get it resolved

  I had an amazing time buying my new phone today at Cricket. Ms. Jessica was great with her customer service and time friendly. I appreciate all her help and wanted to salute her for a great attitude and a great experience buying my phone.
