  Wow!! I had the awesome pleasure to observe a high-school student take complete ownership of his responsibilities. The store was packed, some were waiting to place orders, other's had mobile orders, while other's requested how they wanted their oderes. This Young man Kai never faltered, he never took a deep sigh, he remained professional, he took it all in stride. He was the only worker working on this busy Memorial Day Weekend. This was amazing to Wittness. Please Salute him. He was Outstanding! Thank You Kai!!! Debra Cooper ❤️

  Instead of getting my roast beef sub done the guy with the ear buds in his ear would take orders after I placed mine . The guy at the register said did you get Cheryl he said no. He never changed gloves. The tabels are very dirty and so is the floor. When I ordered online was way before anyone walked in to order their food. I had to wait on mine.they must change their gloves when everyone orders in case someone is allergic to something they touched

  Terrible and dirty. Was just standing and staring for the first couple minutes didn’t say anything then the bread was burnt fruit flies or gnats were flying all over the food nothing was covered

  Never have meat to make the full sub you order. Tonight when I stopped in they were out of cold meat entirely. Just hot sandwiches. One would think a sub shop would have meat to make subs!
