  If I could leave a zero I would, ordered subs for my son and I. I live not even 2 minutes away and my sub was not hot when it was supposed to be toasted, the meat was cold and it was steak, could not find the avocado. My husband brought my sub back and the person said they were not going to remake it and told my husband to " tell his wife that it was made correctly and was not going to be remade. Talk about no customer service or care about what people think. This is not what I ordered it looks nothing like the sandwich I ordered, I ordered the steak and avocado I will never go back to this store ever.

  To the employees who were working the afternoon shift on July 5th 2026, yall made my day. We all had a good laugh and enjoyed our visit. Keep up the good work.

  They never have all the ingredients. Today for example, only white or wheat bread, no onions and no tea. They are always out of something or don’t want to take the time to prep the ingredients they are out of. Most of the employees I’ve had encounters with are rude and act like the customers are inconveniencing them. Don’t come to this location expecting to use coupons. Nope, they don’t take them. Just was told owner says she looses too much money with coupons. It has never been a pleasant experience at this location.

  You don’t deserve the folks that you have working here. They never have what they need to be successful and it’s embarrassing for them. Either fully supply the store with what it needs or shut it down.
