Chicken was colder than I would have liked. Cold like it had been cooked at least half an hour ago and then placed under a heat lamp. No one is up front to take orders, so you may have to shout for service.
And yes, if you place an order online, you will still end up waiting around 15-30 minutes even when dead.
I had a very disappointing experience at Wingstop. My order was incorrect, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told it could not be fixed. That’s simply unacceptable. If a mistake is made, the expectation is that it will be corrected—especially when it directly affects what the customer paid for. On top of that, the food was extremely salty!!
Instead of receiving what I originally ordered, I was left with no real option but to settle for something I did not want. Situations like this reflect poorly on customer service and basic accountability. I hope management takes steps to improve how issues like this are handled in the future.
