This is a very amazing store, I have been visiting it quite often for alot different services. They have their days but overall is a great business service.

Mrs. D, I was actually at this location and personally witnessed the interaction you are describing, and I feel compelled to say something because your review does not remotely match what I witnessed.
I was there as a CUSTOMER, just like you—not as an employee or someone affiliated with the business. I watched the employee try to do her job while you continued to confront her. The employee was working alone and, from what I personally observed, was not behaving in the rude, hostile, or unprofessional manner you have described.
What I witnessed was an employee trying to handle a difficult customer interaction while remaining at work and doing her job. The level of confrontation directed toward her was completely unnecessary.
It is one thing to be frustrated about a receipt or a transaction. It is another thing to publicly accuse an employee of harassment, call for her to be fired, and portray her as the aggressor when there were customers present who witnessed the interaction differently.
I don't know you personally, and I have nothing against you. I am simply speaking up because I was there. Your review presents only one side of the story, and as another customer who witnessed the situation firsthand, I do not believe your description is an accurate representation of what occurred.
That employee was at work trying to do her job. She did not deserve the treatment I witnessed that day, and I hope people reading this review understand that there was another side to this interaction.

There’s a sweet girl with long hair who was mistreated by a customer on 08/19/26 at 4pm. I’ve seen she posted her picture @ UPS THAT IS FALSE INFORMATION.

I received HORRIFIC customer service at this store. The woman (appeared to be Indian) who notarizes documents first spoke to me with an attitude while I was dropping off packages. She then insisted upon reviewing every page of a confidential closing package that was OVER ONE HUNDRED (100+) pages before she would agree to notarize just one page (this does not happen in ANY other UPS store I go to across the 20+ cities I work in). She then tried to say that a page was missing from the closing package, BUT NO PAGES WERE MISSING, and they were actually in the order THE LENDER requires. I asked for her name to report her to management and she refused to give me her name, so I then told her I was taking a picture to report her to management, though I didn't actually get the picture because my device wasn't powered on. She then threatened to throw away my packages (it's a CRIME to throw away a person's mail), & those same packages were coincidentally "lost" after alledgely leaving the store (It's important to note that these were the ONLY packages I've ever had "get lost" after shipping over 1000 closing packages). This woman also began helping a customer behind me before I could gather my belongings, which was also very rude. She then followed me outside the store, while the store was full of customers, and took pictures of my vehicle. I reported this experience to management via email, and EACH AND EVERY action by this employee was supported by management & I was told to go to other stores in the future. I don't live in the area and have no reason to ever return, but the service was horrendous and the worst I've ever experienced at any UPS store (for context, I visit UPS stores in Georgia 6-7 days a week to ship real estate closing packages, and this one provided THE WORST service I've ever experienced). Management appears to be equally as terrible.
