My wife asked the lady behind the counter to please cut her sub into 4 so it be easier to eat. I asked for 3 raspberry cheesecake cookies and 3 double chocolate. We got 3 chocolate chips instead.
They will give you as little as possible on your subs. I DO NOT recommend. Had to literally pull apart the bread on both subs to search for the meat. I never go back in and complain on food orders, but I’m not paying this much money for just bread and lettuce. Staff’s behavior was unacceptable when asked for more on my sub, and non-burnt bread. We’re told we were complaining over nothing (by whom I’m assuming was management) and raised his voice. We had already touched our subs by the time we got out of the car and brought them back in, which was obvious to staff. They refused to make a new one or give a side of the meat and instead took our contaminated subs back behind the counter and exposed all of the sterile food on the station. From my understanding, per health code they’re supposed to throw it out if they take it back, not put it back on the kitchen area!! Icing on the cake is that this store does not honor most online deals like other locations. Overpriced bread and lettuce, rude staff, and health code violation. Maybe think twice before you eat here. Makes gas station food look gourmet. 3/24 1:30pm
One person working here which seems to be a consistent problem. Was forced to wait a full hour after a mobile order was supposedly ready. Never had a good experience here, take an extra five minutes to drive down N Colombia to the other location

This place is HORRIBLE!!! They never have all ingredients to make some sandwiches. Went in today and they didn’t even have any BREAD!!! This has been an on going thing here it’s not the first time it’s happened I suggest people fo somewhere else besides subway in this town!

Clean. Also has a friendly staff. Could be a little more generous on the scoops of tuna though (lol)
