If I could rate this particular store it would be lower than a 0. I have been in numerous Subways across the board, and this one in particular who is indeed ran by another nationality (Nick, the Manager) is the absolute worst. Very rude, no help when you ask questions, he kept telling me “THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM” as I was explaining to him I tried to place an on-line order and it kept saying card invalid, so I had to go in to place the order and I had a coupon for “all subs $6.99” and $2.00 off because of rewards too, it was in cart ready to be paid for, for like $5.39 I showed him on my phone. I wanted to pay for it for the price that was in my cart, instead of $13.06 in store because the site was having problems, as usual.
When you ask for extras (even on line when placing the order) he doesn’t give it to you. (completely defeats the purpose.) He makes like he did by the slide of the hands we seen him in person do this all the time. I only go there because my kids want to eat there sometime, because I hate even going in there. Very unfriendly, nasty attitude. I know a lot more people who can back this info up, they won’t write reviews because they don’t want their names mentioned. But they complained among everyone to everyone else. I needed help placing my on line order and he was nasty about it, he told me that was “my”problem not his. The site was having problems as usual and he refused to help. The food would probably taste better if he knew how to fix the food. This Subway has loss a lot of business because of Nick. I will go into a Subway any where else, but never again the one in McRae, Ga as long as he runs it. I rate this store a flat 0. This Subway is ridiculous. DO NOT EAT THERE!
