  Horrible customer service, they don’t even open the door for customers and have a rude attitude once you finally find a way after waiting for some time for someone to open the door on their way out and let you in, once inside it’s an uncoordinated mess where everyone is scattered waiting forever for an order to come out and if you want to make an order or have a question no one will be around the cashier to respond and if they eventually are they have an attitude, I don't understand this establishment, everyone is rude. I walked away and decided to never return here and I advise everyone else to do the same because if they treat you bad how are they treating the food they serve you.

  The Wingstop Located In McDonough, Georgia always provide excellent customer service status. Mr. Irving who runs that location was professional, he greeted me with courtesy pretty much the whole staff was excellent. I will be returning to this location.

  Aaron provided excellent customer service. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was handled properly. I truly appreciate the quality of service he provided and would definitely recommend him to others.

  came in and got my order right away Irvin was very professional and helped with all the questions i asked and was patient with me typically when he’s here my order is always correct as well.

  Shoutout to the young crew working at Wingstop this Tuesday evening! I walked in around 6:15 to place a to-go order for the family. The food came out fast, tasted amazing, and the restaurant was spotless. As a parent, I’d be proud if these were my kids—polite, hardworking, and taking pride in what they do. Great service deserves recognition, and this crew earned it. Keep up the great work! We’ll definitely be back!
