  I used this store last November to return my direct tv equipment and the ended up sending it to the wrong place. The lady that took my equipment called someone who told her what to do and apparently that was wrong. Now it can’t be found and I am stuck with a $730 bill on my credit report. And starting to receive calls from a collection agency. I have went to this location numerous times to see if they could track it and everyone acts like they don’t know anything. Finally talked with the manager and he basically said it was nothing they can do about it. When I finally looked on the paper she gave me with the equipment serial numbers on it showed she sent it to AT&T not to direct TV. But they won’t acknowledge their mistake. So guess who has to pay for equipment that I know I returned to protect my credit.

  I was in and out. Dropped off equipment provided by At&t. Got my receipt and I was out of there.

  I have been to many UPS stores to return a package and never had anyone charge me a $1.00 to tape my package. I definitely will not return to this location.

  I walked into the store at 6:58 while completing a call to get the correct address. There was an elderly customer ahead of me being serviced. The clerk behind the counter waited until 7:02 pm before acknowledging me in line only to state “he could not ship anything for me.” Neither would disclose their names. Both were rude and stated systems were automatically shut down. This was a lie because the other customer was still being serviced. UPS corporate leadership and the store owner should investigate the store at 2015 Jonesboro, and the workers for unprofessional actions of not providing their names and refusing to assist paying consumers during posted hours of operations. I waited and watched as other customers approached the location after I left. At that time the door was locked at 7:10pm.

  This place is not very professional and they don't know a lot about their own system, and for some reason this ups is way more expensive for shipping compared to other ups, and for some reason they have no idea how to pull up a ups account
