    This place is not very professional and they don't know a lot about their own system, and for some reason this ups is way more expensive for shipping compared to other ups, and for some reason they have no idea how to pull up a ups account

    I've been a customer since this location opened I'm there every month today is my last day coming to this location they are the only location I've visit that tries to recharge you for the same fax that didnt get delivered on the other end. And they dont care about customer service.

    Tried to stick me for over $100 for next day delivery 15 miles away! Shipping a whole week out would be $40! I looked at UPS online it was only $14 next day/end of day. And told me they only ship with their cardboard envelopes for express shipping. Ridiculous they can create their own pricing under UPS logo.
