  Ordered a sweet onion teriyaki with 50 percent more protein and received no meat at all. The man did it on purpose cause he was looking at the receipt while making my order . Cannot even eat my food . Called 30 times no one answers the phone . I just fed the sandwich to my dog and ordered from chipotle

  Love this location. Great service. When I do an online order, they know me by name and face. I’m going to miss this location when we move from McDonough soon.

  ⸻ I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. Every time I come in, the employee taking my order seems to have an attitude. There’s always some kind of unnecessary comment, question, or smart reply that makes the experience uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I don’t mind spending my hard-earned money, especially on food service, but I do expect to be treated with basic respect. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that’s been lacking here. Because of the repeated poor service and unprofessional attitude, I was not satisfied with my visit and will think twice before coming back.
