  Have visited this store, numerous times..nothing fixed..Called 611 numerous times, still nothing fixed...Can send a text when you have to pay bills, but not when towers are done...If you have severe med issues, you don't want this service..Haven't had a decent signal in a while, but I do now after leaving this carrier... Cricket has gone downhill extremely fast...Was with them over a decade, never again...Cricket doesn't care about their customers & have made it very obvious, of that matter
