  Went to the store to get a new battery. My car was sitting for a year. As the battery was being replaced the General Manager Bailey snapped the battery terminal. Though there was corrosion, when I arrived to them it was still in tact. She completely broke the piece. She then said that I can buy a new terminal piece and they can try to put it on. She didn’t try. She looked at it and said they don’t have the tools to do it and told me to go to a shop for them to do it. I asked her to just instead put back in the old battery so I can save the $130 spent on a new battery and just get a new car altogether being that that was my plan at the end of the month anyway. She insisted that if she took the new battery out the car would possibly stop running completely. I asked her “well would this battery at least not cut off on me”. She insured me that it wouldn’t. Since then every single time I turn the car off it needs to be jumped. When returning to the store to see what they can do to compensate me they offered 10% ($1.20) off on purchasing a new battery terminal. So I now have to go pay a mechanic to fix a terminal that she broke. If it was as bad as she stated she should have mentioned it before trying to make a sale. Very unprofessional.

  I have to give Jay burton and his store a 10 out of 10....CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THRU THE ROOF AND THE WHOLE ATMOSPHERE AT THIS STORE IS WONDERFUL AND LIKE THE BEST NEIGHBOORHOOD STORE AROUND.Jay helped me get the correct brakes and rotors for my truck plus also assisted me with finding the code that my check engine light was showing.Jay also saved me money on some discounts that were available and i definitely wont forgot his help.IF YOU NEED ANYTHING THEN PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO GO TO Jay's store down in the mcdonough square in Henry county, Ga

  I had an excellent experience at this shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. It’s rare to find a business that treats customers with such respect and kindness. The entire team created a positive atmosphere and made me feel valued throughout my visit. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service and a great customer experience. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.
