  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️. I TEST MY OWN BATTERY AT HOME AND IT TESTS BAD, SO I GET IN MY CAR AND HEAD TO PART STORE TO BUY A $200 PLUS BATTERY FROM JOSEPH. HE SAYS HE CANT INSTALL BECAUSE OF EMPLOYEE SHORTAGE WHEN IM THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN STORE AND HE HAD ANOTHER EMPLOYEE NOT DOING ANYTHING IN THE STORE. WEATHER WAS ABOUT 80 DEGREES SUNNY SKY PARTLY CLOUDLY. MY CAR IS A 98 SATURN EASY In STALL BATTERY IS RIGHT ON TOP WITH BATTERY HOLDER HOLDING IT IN PLACE. SO I ASK FOR TOOLS TO INSTALL MY OWN BATTERY EVEN THOUGH SIGN IN WINDOW SAYS WE In STALL FOR FREE. I GIVE JOSEPH MY ID AND HE LET ME USE THE STORE TOOLS. MID WAY THROUGH INSTALL I NEED A 8MM BUT IT IS NOT ON TOOL CART. I GO IN STORE TO TELL JOSEPH AND HE SHRUGS HIS SHOULDERS AND SAY THATS ALL I GOT I CANT LET U USE TOOLS ON SHELF EVEN THOUGH I JUST PAID FOR A $200 PLUS BATTERY THAT HE SHOULD INSTALL BUT JUST DIDNT WANT TO. SO I ASKED FOR REFUND AND HE DIDNT WANT TO DO THAT EITHER HE TELLS THE OTHER EMPLOYEE THATS JUST STANDING IN STORE TO DO IT. I WALK OUT AND WENT TO AUTO ZONE WHERE THE SERVICE WAS MUCH BETTER AND SPENT MY HARD EARNED $ WHERE IT WAS MUCH MORE APPRECIATED 👏. I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THIS STORE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE HERE.

  Came for a battery replacement for my 2021 Honda CRV today and was told they could not replace my battery and that a professional had to do it for some reason. A light skinned black lady selected the incorrect battery for my vehicle after giving her the car information. After having to take it to somewhere else to install the battery and learning it was the incorrect one. I returned to the store & the lady never apologized or acknowledged me as another employee, Levauris had to refund my order as she sits behind him and vaping & texting on her phone. I lost my $10 gift card credit I had due to having to repurchase the item they incorrectly gave me. Will not be returning to this location.

  This was my forth advance I been to today I need a brake line now the other two locations had a whole wall of brake lines just sold out of what I need I get to this store 30 mins before close and they say they dont have or sale brake lines so the other 3 stores have a wall of brake lines but this store does not carry them or they didnt care to help me find a part the other stores had me walk back and compare and she if had what I need they have size and length but the fitting was smaller I bet this one had what I needed just didnt care that I need my van go to work tomorrow
