  i have been here picking up doordashes and ordering as a customer numerous times. yesterday evening i was picking up a doordash and came in behind a group of men. i looked up at the order screen and saw my order was completed. i did not get acknowledged or greeted for the first few minutes i was there, and after two of the men ordered i was able to step up to the counter so i did. when i did, the woman working the register ignored me until she had to come next to me to get a straw. she looked up at me, and i said “hey i have a doordash for -“ she said “um okay is that ready??” with complete attitude, and looks up at the screen. i said yes, it says it is at least. she turns around and grabs the bag that had been sitting on the counter for at least 5 minutes, hands it to me and says “just so you know they come first”once again with an attitude, talking about the walk-in customers. i have managed many different restaurants and that is just not how it works. if this is your policy, it should be re-thought, but i would hope that your policy is to not let food that has been, ready sit on the counter when it takes 5 seconds to hand it off. I ALSO observed nobody wearing gloves when handling the food. this is not how you talk to people, especially as a (seemingly) manager.

  picked up a DoorDash order and I observed not a single employee wearing gloves while handling the food. Disgusting also I’ve had issues in the past With terrible attitude

  Jermaine/Germaine( im so sorry i didnt get the spelling) was the most pleasant customer service experience ive had in years. I mean years. If there is one thing that has gone down hill in augusta its customer service but not tonight! He was courteous, polite and more than efficient. And i came in like 20 minutes before closing. He really goes above and beyond and truly takes his job seriously absolutely get that young man a raise. Literally no one anywhere at any restaurant is ever polite anymore. He is truly providing your business something that is just a lost art that no one cares to preserve anymore. I absolutely see him with an amazing career in hospitality or whatever his heart desires to do. Oh and my wings were good

  I wouldnt believe it if you told me. It's something you'd have to experience. My brother ordered a combo, upgrading the drink to a large. He noticed his drink was empty awfully fast. It wasnt until this morning when he went to dump the melted ice he saw that they put a 20 oz cup inside the 32 oz cup and that is why his drink was less than expected. That is some dirty, stingy, cheap crap! Which is why I stopped eating there.
