  Usually okay and I usually place my order early in the day for pickup Judy before kickoff. But this time, I placed an order for 3 PM pickup and when I arrived at 3, the food was cold, having been prepared at 1:45. I had the fries replaced but kept the wings as they reheat but fries don't. Also, the person who took my order on the phone seemed rude and didn't seem to know her job. I'll go back but consistency, hot food and friendliness are important.

  Excellent experience! The food was great, the interaction was friendly, and the staff went above and beyond. I especially appreciated seeing the employees doing a good deed and showing genuine kindness to someone. Great food and even better people!

  Atrocious customer service. I finally left after an employee came to the register two separate times without speaking or looking at me. I honestly can say I have never experienced anything like that before.

  WingStop y’all disappointed me last night when I receive my wings, and fries. When I got home last night I couldn’t eat 4 of my wings because there were feathers on them so really I wasted my money and I was still hungry. I won’t be returning to this particular location at all.
