  My husband lost his cell phone. It had everything in it. He is 72 years old. He went to the store on wrightsboro rd and that woman refused to transfer his phone number to the new phone. We had ALL Our information and pictures we very much needed. She has a 4 ft speaker in there and you can't hear her. She's rude I have personally seen people walk out. We needed to recover many things. She pushed another phone number and had my husband so upset. He is a amputee and had a heart attack a few weeks prior. She did not care how she treated him and pushed the sale. She doesn't belong in sales. We had to have a phone so he was talked into getting another number. This woman has no clue how upset we were. My husband ended up calling customer service. They told Us she could have given him his same number. We lost pictures we needed. Omgawd she's terrible!!. My husband met Sandra at the Washington Rd store. Now that lady has class. She spent so much time undoing the damage. Sandra is a great person and makes your company shine. That woman spent so much time on the phone, fixing what needed to be done. If the world had more people like Sandra what a wonderful world it would be. Sandra, Thank you We give you 10 stars. Your a amazing sweet woman.

  This cricket store in Martinez GA is amazing. The minute you walk in we were greeted by a lively woman who introduced herself immediately, here name is Sandra and she was personable, so helpful especially being two senior citizens who need extra help! If you live in the CSRA area and need to purchase a phone from Cricket or change carriers Go to Cricket in Martinez GA on Washington Rd and see Sandra the manager. Thank You again 😊 Sandra Well Sandra did it again, we needed to upgrade our Internet and had an issue with UPS they couldn't deliver to our home because the number of the unit wasn't listed on the paperwork from UPS Not Cricket the the AT&T was sent back to Atlanta! Sandra the excellent Manager at Cricket ordered the item again and even spoke with the UPS driver to mark our unit down, if it wasn't for her to intercede We still wouldn't have the unit come to our home. It arrived and we proceeded to go to see Sandra at cricket in Martinez Ga on Washington Rd and Sandra set the unit up so that when we came home all I had to do was plug the unit in look for the address and change the password! Please give Sandra a bonus Cricket because her customer service is outstanding especially to seniors who like myself are Not computer savvy, better yet give her a position higher up with pay, etc. She's a diamond in the rough!

  I come all the way from Edgefield because this is the only location I enjoy visiting. The staff is very friendly. I don't know how Ke$ha does it, but she always has so much patience, always smiling and full of humor. ☺️
