  John G. is a national treasure. I was getting bolts for my license plate, he saw the car I drove up and could sense multiple trips in my future. He had me make sure the pre drilled holes had the right spacing (they didn’t) and made sure I got a conversion kit that would work with it. It saved me another trip, a headache, and possibly some swearing. A+ customer service, I’ll be back!

  As soon as I walked in I felt as if I was not welcome no greeting whatsoever just a side eye look as I walked in the door. As I was walking around the store I wasn’t asked once if I needed help. The workers were hiding at the back counter playing on the computers and their telephones. They would look up at me every so often but go straight back to playing on their phones, when I finally found what I was looking for it took forever to ring up my items. I wasn’t even asked if I was a veteran (which I am) and I had to ask for the discount after the worker rushed to ring me up to go sit back down and play on their phone. I will not be returning to this store i would much rather drive the extra distance to a different location because I have shopped at advance for 30 years!!! 😎

  Terrible customer service. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes while completely ignored by the staff. One employee was outside helping someone, but inside, three employees sat around laughing and joking while a fourth literally stood there with his arms crossed, holding up the wall and staring at me. I finally gave up, walked out, and drove down to the Columbia Rd location (#06420), where I was greeted immediately and helped right away. This Washington Rd location could learn a lot about customer service from the professional crew over on Columbia Rd. Don't waste your time here.

  The manager refused to honor my warranty on an alternator because it had oil crud on it “from fighting to remove it from the engine bay. She said it was an other issue that made it fail even though I’ve bought and replaced three in the last two years! I’ll never buy from advance again.
