  Top-notch customer service and a very clean store! I came here after walking out of the Washington Rd location (where four employees completely ignored me). The difference was night and day. There were two young men working who greeted me before the door even shut behind me. They were highly professional, helped me return a part with zero hassle, and then made sure I got the exact right parts I needed. Kudos to store #06420—this is how an auto parts store should be run.

  Andrew and Robert did an outstanding job putting them big heavy batteries into my Gmc 2500! They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond to get the job done right. Their hard work and attention to detail really stood out, and they are a great example of what excellent service looks like. Andrew and Robert absolutely deserve recognition for their efforts. In my opinion, they’ve earned a promotion — great job, guys!

  I went in to get a headlight bulb for my car because one of mine had blown. Someone helped me pick one out for my car. I checked out and had my brother in law help me put it in, he said it was the wrong one so I rushed back to get it swapped for the right one. I got there at 8:50pm and I understand you had closed the cash registers early and that’s okay, I understand things happen but when I pulled up they locked the doors on me and ran to the back. I had a really bad day and it hurt my feelings and I cried, I just wanted my headlight to work. Honestly if they had just told me they closed the register early I would’ve been understanding, but locking it on me and running away really sucked.

  It was very hard to find (as I went to multiple Auto shops) the CRC Mass Air Flow sensor cleaner. Luckily they had 2 cans on the shelf. $9 bucks. Only need this about every 5 years....did not know it was so hard to find. For a 2001 BMW 330ci at 140K miles. Joe
