  ★★★★★ Exceptional Customer Service – Truly Above and Beyond! I had such a wonderful experience at The UPS Store #4555, and I especially want to recognize Mark for the incredible customer service he provided. I was working on a very meaningful personal project that required printing, and Matt helped me over the course of a couple of days. He didn’t simply take my order and print what I requested—he thought ahead, offered creative suggestions, paid attention to the details, and genuinely cared about making sure the final product was exactly what I was hoping for. He went above and beyond and ultimately surpassed my expectations. I honestly wasn’t expecting to walk out of a UPS Store with something of such beautiful quality, especially something that had so much personal meaning to me. Mark understood that it was important, and the care he put into helping me made a huge difference. I had traditionally used FedEx for my printing needs, but circumstances led me to use this UPS location for my last two projects, and both experiences have been excellent. The team has been responsive and helpful whether I’ve communicated in person, over the phone, or by email. That kind of consistency and willingness to help is exactly what great customer service should look like. I would not only highly recommend Matt, but I would absolutely recommend The UPS Store #4555. When employees take ownership, think creatively, and genuinely want the customer to leave happy, it makes you want to come back. Thank you, Matt, for helping turn something that was very meaningful to me into something even better than I imagined. You have definitely earned a new loyal customer!

  I don't normally leave reviews, but this team absolutely deserves one. Matt, Jo, and Zaire provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I came in with over 25 boxes to ship, fully expecting it to be an inconvenience, but they immediately jumped in to help without a single complaint. Matt went above and beyond by helping me unload every box and making sure everything was organized and shipped correctly. Jo and Zaire were just as amazing—everyone worked together with positive attitudes, professionalism, and genuine kindness from start to finish. What stood out the most was that they never once made me feel like I was a burden or that my large shipment was an inconvenience. Instead, they treated me with patience, respect, and a smile the entire time. In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, this team reminded me that it still exists. UPS is fortunate to have employees like Matt, Jo, and Zaire representing the company. Their willingness to help, positive energy, and exceptional customer service turned what could have been a stressful experience into an easy and enjoyable one. They went above and beyond, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you all so much!
