  I had a fantastic experience at the UPS Store on 270 Cobb Pkwy S in Marietta. On multiple occasions when I was running late to drop off a package, Vik, an employee at the store, kindly reopened the store just to assist me, showcasing outstanding customer service. His willingness to help and friendly demeanor made me feel valued, and I truly appreciate the effort he puts into ensuring customer satisfaction. This level of dedication is rare, and I highly recommend this store for anyone in need of shipping services.

  I had a great experience on Memorial Day. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but the employee there was very attentive and handled a large influx of customers very well. I needed printing and notarization and he was quick and helpful.
