  Terrible. Unhelpful and a waste of time. Missed delivery yesterday even though I was in. Followed QR code on completely not filled out ‘sorry we missed you label’ to see pick up location as here. Worked my morning to get over here so I could collect it and the rude unhelpful man shovelled a screen to tell me it’s out for delivery even though his screen said on the way and he said yeah it’s not yet but it will be out for delivery .. by 9pm .. which I will miss! Like why on earth mess customers around like this. I showed him that it said to collect from here and he just said yeah well it’s not here. It’ll get here tonight and then you can pick it up .. on a Saturday full of appointments so I can’t make it. Closed Sunday. So Monday when I am work I am somehow meant to magically get it. It HAS to be signed for, it’s too high value an item to release without signature. I am beyond frustrated. I hate that we have to use the location UPS dictates because I have closer stores easier to get to who have always been exemplary. Do better UPS. You have one job and that’s to get things in to the hands of people. You’re well names being ‘oops’ cause it really is a ball drop

  My printer died! I went to three other UPS stores, including Powers Ferry Road (Which is .2 miles from my house) And was told corporate got rid of the ability for me to pull something up on the computer and print it. This particular UPS store I called them. They gave me the email to email them my document and they had it ready when I got there!

  Tony was amazing! He took the time to help me make sure everything was filled out correctly and was especially patient throughout the process. As someone with autism, his patience and clear explanations meant a great deal to me. He treated me with kindness and respect, and I never felt rushed. Thank you, Tony, for making the experience easier and for providing such thoughtful service!

  Dont even have UPS boxes or packaging materials, told i needed to purchase unbranded materials.

  I stopped in to make an Amazon return, and Tony went above and beyond to make it quick and painless. Great customer service, friendly attitude, and he made logistics a breeze. Huge kudos to Tony for the help—definitely "what can brown do for you?" done right!
