  The staff at this store have always been extremely friendly and helpful. I use them for all of my amazon returns and any shipping needs I have. They have saved me money in the past too. I was needing to ship a baseball bat that had a warranty back to the manufacturer. They gave me a quote for sending it in the tube i brought to the store versus if I were to send it in a triangular package. Grateful for the customer service that let me know I could send it differently and save money!

  I made an appointment for a notary. I then received confirmation the morning before my appointment. When I arrived I was told the notary wasn't there that day. When I explained that I received a confirmation notice that morning reminding me of my appointment I was told that they hadn't had time to notify me that the notary wasn't sick and wouldn't be in for the appointment. All this despite the person working that day sitting in an empty store doing nothing when I arrived. A waste of my time and important documents not being returned on time resulting in me incurring late fees.
