I too was a customer for more than 20 years. Why, I question that to this day. Absolutely terrible service. Scheduled meetings are continuously blown off. Emails are rarely returned, or maybe better said, returned after multiple attempts to connect. Yearly reviews are ignored. Like pulling teeth when trying to get policies amended. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service at the agent level. They do not return phone calls. Thankfully I haven't had a need for coverage, if I did, I'm sure they would be just as bad

I’ve been trying to cancel a homeowner’s policy for over 2 months. I’ve left countless voicemails and Allstate keeps referring me to this “agency.” No call backs or answer to emails. I will notify consumer investigations for all the major news outlets as this seems to be an ongoing trend with multiple people with this agency.

Let me start by saying the staff at this place is HORRIBLE. Countless days I called the office with an issue regarding my auto policy and was ignored. If you do reach someone they will PRETEND to take action and weeks will go by with no update. I literally had to drive to the office location just to speak with someone. They do not have any understanding over their own work .This firm will advise you to pay and no changes will reflect those adjustments to your policy; then they will act oblivious when it’s brought to their attention, leaving you with unaccounted payment with no option for refund or account credit , just money stolen from your pockets. Never would I recommend this company. They call it "Billing issues" I call it UNPROFESSIONAL.
