Been coming here for years and sometime the service is decent but tonight I bought my wife and I two sandwiches (if I can call them that.) I mostly paid for bread and garlic aloli at this point. All about 30 bucks for two "sandwiches" way too expensive for such little substance won't be buying here again

Wow!!! What a rip-off. Ordered the $5.99 BBQ chicken footlong at the Walmart Subway. As previously reviewed by others, they cut the cheese in half, but OK. The employee filled up the meat scoop at about 3/4s of a scoop, looked really sparse but I thought she would put on a 2nd scoop which most Subways do for the footlongs. She placed the 1st scoop on near one end and then spread it out over the whole sandwich. As she was spreading the chicken she knocked some off, picked up a portion of the lost chicken and put some of it back on the sandwich. I think she knew it was pretty cheap, she worked some more to further spread out the chicken evenly. Still large gaps with no chicken on the sandwich. She hesitated then went back for another scoop, I thought now it might be OK. Nope. She took only about a 1/4 of a scoop of chicken, picked some of the chicken out to return it to the container. So at this point I’m stuck with a footlong of bread, 1 tiny scoop of chicken, and half the cheese. I didn’t say anything, I’m just ready to leave with my groceries. And then comes the coup de grâce. After the worker puts my sandwich in the toaster, her boss (who has been standing there the whole time) says something to the worker. The worker takes my sandwich out of the toaster before toasting and I’m thinking wonderful - she’s going to add in more chicken - would have been a nice thing to do. A great way to look after your customers. Nope. The worker goes to add the BBQ sauce. As she is searching for the sauce I intervene and say that I don’t want any sauce. The boss says no, that I have to have it or else it is a grilled chicken and will cost more. I said I really would like the sauce left off. The boss said they are forced to do it that way. So it will cost me $2 EXTRA to leave the sauce OFF, and I only got half the cheese and half the meat. I should have cancelled the order right then but didn’t. The majority of the bites of the sandwich had NO meat in them, the whole sandwich tasted dry (despite the sauces) and ONLY of bread. No flavor whatsoever. Tomatoes were in terrible shape.
