  Had a really good experience at Subway! The food was fresh and tasty, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was nice. The employee was friendly, helpful, and made my order exactly how I wanted. Great service overall—I’ll definitely be back!

  The Subway located inside the Walmart on Chastain Meadows Parkway is truly one of the best quick‑service spots in the area. Every time I stop by, the staff is welcoming, patient, and attentive. They prepare sandwiches with care, making sure everything is fresh and exactly the way I want it. The vegetables are crisp, the bread is always soft and warm, and the overall quality is consistently excellent. Even during busy Walmart hours, the team works efficiently without rushing customers.   Took two women to make our 2 tuna sandwiches over 10mins. Tried to toast our sandwiches after I asked her 2 times not to. Each sandwich was no more than 4 ingredients meat and cheese included. Got home and neither sandwich had sauce that was requested on it and ingredients missing. Not happy at all. 10mins with no one else ahead of us. Tube, cheese, lettuce and tomato, and couldn't even make the sandwiches correctly 😐

  Owners, GMs, managers whoever this my concern you guys need to do a better job at training your employees this the second day in a row that I was told yall don’t do something that’s advertised across all subways. I order the other day and was told from the older Hispanic lady yall didn’t do the $6 meal deal when I clearly could see it on the board I got a footlong after she paid me out I looked at the receipt and asked her where are the cookie and drink. She looked me dead in my face and said you didn’t order cookie or a drink I said ma’am I ordered the meal deal she said yall didn’t do that and she tried to make me pay again for cookies and drink but the young black girl stepped in and corrected her now today made me upset because I tried to use my rewards money I had on the app I put my number in and the same older Hispanic lady said yall don’t use the app I can’t use my rewards I said ma’am I have points I want to use she said no we don’t do that so I’m trying to figure out are yall false advertising or something
