After close to 30 years of being a customer, 18 years with this agent holding policies for not one but two cars and two houses, after a pipe broke, Allstate stripped my house and then never paid to have it repaired ... it is still in the exact condition they left it, no walls, wires exposed and I am about to lose my house. I have no idea where the contents of my home are that they took and put in storage. I am so depressed that I have lost everything and Allstate would like to know why I did not renew my truck policy and asked for this review ...

I recently purchased both car and home insurance from Allstate and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I contacted them, they made me feel like family. Their customer service is outstanding and they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect coverage for my needs. Their rates are also very competitive, and I feel confident that I am getting the best possible value for my money. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of car or home insurance - you won't be disappointed!

Gina is my agent for years. She finds best deal always, for my cars and house insurance. I'm with them for 22 years. Never any problems. Promptly answer and help for any questions.
