  Marcia Carswell came highly recommended, and having grown up with her, I was excited to have the opportunity to work with someone I already knew and trusted. Although there were a few hiccups getting my account set up initially, Marcia contacted me immediately, addressed my concerns, and answered every question I had. What impressed me most was her professionalism. Even though we grew up in the same neighborhood and have known each other for years, Marcia kept everything professional and made sure it was business first. I really appreciated that! She was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. It was great reconnecting with someone from my childhood, but even better seeing the professional she has become. I would absolutely recommend Marcia to anyone looking for an agent who is attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients.
