  Monique is a fantastic agent. She patiently helped my wife set up drivewise account and called for technical support of Allstate. She also sent me the free defensive driving course subsidized by the LaSharon Harris Allstate agency. This Allstate agency is the best agency I have encountered. Monique even helped me seeking out a new Philadelphia Allstate agent as my current agent Warren A Clarkson does not answer my phones or emails for many years just put me on auto renewals!!!

  Kudos to Shamone!!!!! I had given up on Allstate until Shamone answered the phone. She performed above and beyond the call of duty. She was very CUSTOMER SERVICE - Oriented. She took the time to LISTEN to my STORY. I shared the challenges previously encountered by me when shopping the market for affordable auto insurance from other agencies. She was very Knowledgeable and Empathetic. She took one step at a time until the process was completed successfully. It was confirmed my auto policy had been established.
