  Been a customer many years and had been having trouble keeping up with payments as of late and called to see if anything could be done. Basically was never told I was paying 4 times what GA required for bodily injury until I just read it recently online somewhere. This would have helped me tremously but no one ever mentioned. When I called and asked about the high premiums someone yelled at me about all the money they're losing in GA and didn't even look at my policy. Looking to transfer to another agency asap. They also denied a roof claim after a storm. Had to purchase a new roof myself.

  All i will like to say is, Allstate insurance company is a great company to have when it comes to having insurance,if you have any questions or concerns they take care of it once you informed them.the commercial really is true, you are in good hands with Allstate.Thank you for all you have done for me so far.
