  So in the beginning when they were trying to sell me a homeowner's policy, I had no problem getting them to call me or reply to my emails. As a matter of fact, there were times when they were contacting me too much. However, once I purchased my homeowner's policy with their agency, on two separate occasions I have reached out to them and received no reply back. First, I received a notice in the mail from Allstate stating my address did not match what was in my credit files. This was because this local agency entered my address incorrectly when signing me up for my policy. I reached out to them via email asking them to correct this. Days went by and I heard nothing back and had to reach out to them again before they corrected the issue. There was no apology for not replying the first time. Just a terse reply. Recently I reached out to them again via email twice and via the "contact form" on the Allstate website to add my hot tub to my policy. No reply after SIXTEEN days. When I emailed Mr. Cavellier personally, he didn't email me back and apologize for the poor communication. He instead forwarded my email to a subordinate in his office who also sent a terse reply with no apology for the delay. I then called the office and asked for Mr. Cavellier to call me regarding these instances of no communication. Days went by with no call. I then emailed again and copied Mr. Cavellier to the email. Still no call. Finally I emailed again and stated I would leave a negative Google review and have my policy switched to a different Allstate agency. The response I received from Mr. Cavellier was "It's probably better that you find another agent since you are unhappy with us." No apology for the emails never replied to. No apology for never calling me back. Just THAT. *See attached email exchange.

  The agent is slow to respond to emails and voice mails and sometimes doesn't respond at all.

  All i will like to say is, Allstate insurance company is a great company to have when it comes to having insurance,if you have any questions or concerns they take care of it once you informed them.the commercial really is true, you are in good hands with Allstate.Thank you for all you have done for me so far.
