  Every time I come here, service is slow. They only have Ms Beverly working by herself. Let me start by saying she’s amazing, but there’s only so much one person can do. There’s often a long line due to understaffing and it takes forever to ship items. Please do better with staffing appropriately so that customers don’t have to wait forever to be helped.

  Beverly, you and your team are life savors. It was a rainy Saturday morning and I was greeted with a bright smile from Beverly. My case was a passport delivery that would happen on an overnight ,but a weekday, as there is a Saturday overnight Fedex offers, that many of us do not know or are aware of(so please ask-check while shipping/delivery). She sorted out about 500 packages and still came out with a smile and my passport package. I was in tears as the ordeal to get this delivered was a major stress.

  I didn't get to go in because it was very closed although I asked for open locations. I hope they will pick up my package from the drop box after I drove 20 minutes one way.
