  I found the young representative a bit rude and inattentive . She wont answer any queries and wont listen what people are saying and just do whatever she has to do. She created a wrong day delivery and charged me extra fee for that. She did not print the shipment label even I confirmed with her before standing in the line for 30 minutes. I am not returning to this center again. Very disappointed.
