  This is a message for the Corporate office. You need to make sure that your supervisors and your managers are making sure that they’re standing next to employees that are being trained while handling customers merchandise; as much as you are charging and raising your prices every two weeks you need to make sure that you deliver the service that customers are paying for. Especially when they are having documents delivered to another party. You are becoming like the US post office and I might as well return to their process based on how inept this location has become. That being said, I should not have to walk into your business and monitor an employee who’s being trained and is a new employee not being shadowed by a manager to make sure that things are done correctly. I give you a great F today because no one entering your business should have to be concerned about their merchandise being delivered on time to the proper address.
