As soon as I walked in, I was assaulted by the smell of marijuana. The staff weren't the most helpful people but I'm not as concerned about that. The marijuana smell was definitely coming from the employees and not the customers. You may want to drug test your workers.

I’m extremely frustrated with the ongoing delivery issues I’ve faced. My packages consistently get routed to a similar address 10 minutes away—for example, they end up at 123 Circle instead of my address at 123 Lane. I’ve called customer service multiple times, and they’ve dismissed my concerns, saying everything is correct on their end. I even tried working with a local station supervisor, but they also brushed me off, offering no real solution. I’ve already tried the “escalation” route and even reached out through the website, but still no resolution. This is beyond inconvenient; it’s a recurring route mapping problem, and I need a real solution, not just redirection to a phone line that can’t help. I hope someone steps in to fix this before it happens again.

Completely Unacceptable Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this FedEx Office location. After dropping off my shipment, I noticed that the tracking number on my receipt had been changed from the original — causing my client to receive zero notifications about their package. This is a serious error that directly impacted my business relationship with my client.
When I returned to the office to get an explanation, the staff became argumentative rather than taking ownership of the mistake or attempting to resolve the issue. There was no investigation, no accountability, and not even a basic apology.
This level of service is completely unacceptable for a professional shipping company. Customers trust FedEx Office to handle their shipments accurately — and when errors like this occur, the bare minimum expectation is a professional and empathetic response. Instead, I was met with hostility.
Zero stars. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
