  It is sad to see the ineffectiveness of this Allstate agency. I had for some time policies for both my house and my car. First bad signs of ineffectiveness was the one with a claim for my car. This agency, claiming to be in business for a long time, was not able to contact another Allstate agency to discuss my no-fault accident! The second one is from a month ago, where even though I requested that my home policy should not be renewed at the 1st of the month (I got insurance from a different company) and I received a confirmation from the agency, I just received mail from Allstate that my Home police is cancelled for non-payment of premium! I do nor recommend this Dykstra, Kemp & Biel Inc. Allstate Insurance agency.

  With everything I have gone through in this state from people looking for accidents so they can make money Allstate is the only one to give me a chance with a fair price. I recommend them.
