  Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted properly. After disclosing that I'm newly hard of hearing..... On top of being high functioning Autistic (ASD) the two young ladies working ( the Card I was given says "Jasmin Esperanza" ) were extremely patient, informative and super nice. Went above and beyond to make me feel less awkward, explained different plans, and phone features and repeated themselves multiple times to accommodate my hearing disability. I highly recommend coming to this store for your needs. It has been a long time since I have been treated human (from other cell phone stores in Cleveland, OH where I am originally from) and was thankful. Thank you to the young ladies that got me in and out in a very timely manner and set up my Google acct and my HBO subscription as well.

  I went to this store to switch my service and lady with blonde hair told me she couldn’t pull up my account because it was too old and there was no way for me to keep my current phone number. That makes no sense so I went to a different store and they did it for me. I feel like the lady was just lazy and ran into a problem and didn’t know how to fix it so she told me anything so I’d leave. Did not try to help

  The staff did not know what the company offers and neither did the customer service when I called. I was charged for something that was not told to me, then the information regarding the plan was incorrect at the store as well as when I called two customer service reps. There were other issues too. Very bad experience and I would never recommend it for the above reasons. The attendants at the store were courteous despite my experience otherwise.
