  I came today at this cricket store today and I was talking with someone which I think was the manager or just a employee and I just felt like I was not being well understood and was just not satisfied with the service provided.

  Hello, I would like to share how rude one of the workers were there on March 25, 2025 at 7:00-8:00pm and then wanted to hang-up on me. I been calling around cricket store asking for the Samsung S24 and when I asked if they had that one and "Not" The FE the lady confirmed with me Twice they had the 24 and not the FE. So I was about 30 min out and I was like I can make it around 7:50 I called back seeing if I could make the process faster for them cause I know that would be close to closing time and I didn't want to be rude and make them stay open past closing. As we were talking about price and upgrade she said we are talking about the FE. I said no, i asked if you carried had the original and you said yes. Then they changed it to no, so I was a little upset and then I said alright, but I already not only wasted time but also gas getting 10 min away from the location. I called and ask can I get it delivered since I already wasted my gas. She said I'll ask she then proceeded to hang-up and when I tried calling back the phone number said it was busy. So I waited and kept calling back and I realize they were waiting out the closing time so they didn't have to hear from me or help me. I was being polite and trying to find a way to just get this phone. I would have even took a no we can't deliver instead of ignoring me. So now that I'm even more upset with the service, I will be contacting HR and the Manager of this store about how rude this person was.
