- HAHike Doggie North AtlantaMay 23, 20265.0I just want to give a huge shout out to Princess, the GM! I needed to replace a battery and have it reprogrammed. I called 21 Advance Auto Parts locations, and only two of them acknowledged or said they had the capability to do battery reprogramming, even though it is advertised by Advance Auto Parts. Princess was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She even went out of her way to call multiple stores, trying to educate them on battery programming and find out whether they had the ability to perform the service. Unfortunately, none of them could. She even called me back to let me know what she found out! Advance Auto Parts corporate, please acknowledge Princess’s hard work. Also, please make sure the battery reprogramming capabilities at all stores are actually functioning. I still have not found a single Advance Auto Parts near me that can do it, but out of all the stores I contacted, Princess acknowledged that her location had the capability and said she would have been happy to help, although she has had issues receiving the programming fob. I would highly recommend this location for their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond!

She cleaned it up right no the spot, retested my battery, and sent me on my way. I will definitely be going back in the future due to the great service I received!
