Not only does Devin know his stuff inside and out, but he actually takes the time to help instead of just pointing you to an aisle. I came in needing help with my car, and he jumped right in—diagnosing the issue, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell he’s got real hands-on experience, not just textbook knowledge. And on top of that, the dude wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. He literally used his own strength to help me get things loosened up and sorted out—something most employees wouldn’t even think twice about walking away from. That kind of effort and willingness to help is rare. Between his knowledge, work ethic, and just being a genuinely solid guy, Devin made what could’ve been a stressful situation way easier. If you’re going to Advance Auto, hope you get Devin—he’s the real deal
