Given the reviews, they need to just go ahead and shut this store down if they can't find proper management. This place has the worst service of any car auto parts store, I've been in in my entire 52 years. There's always some excuse, and the registers are always down. They're always rude. They don't seem to have any knowledge regarding basics auto knowledge. I went asking for antifreeze for my car, and they didn't have a clue. I know you can look it up. I know there's guides you can use in those stores because I've been to other stores that do it. I literally had to look it up on my own, and they still didn't have a clue. Save yourself a whole lot of trouble. You're gonna end up standing in line there for a ridiculous amount of time. Save your money and your time go somewhere else. I will never return to this store. I gave them several chances.

I got excellent service at this location when picking up stuff for an oil change. The staff went above and beyond by walking me through the different options, clearly explaining the differences between the brands, and picking out the best oil and filter for my specific car. They were super fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really appreciate them taking the time to guide me, and I’ll definitely be back next time I need something.

Friendly staff with a good selection of products. Competitively priced. In the past they've been under staffed and was sent to Powder Springs location for new battery install. All good. Unfortunately, many automotive stores rely on web traffic, really depends what you need.
