  On January 5th, We ordered 4 footlongs, and used their door Dash for delivery. We checked and the sight said they were still open at 9:20. I pushed send at 9:32. At 9:40 January 5th, 2023, it showed they were being built ...well, all I can say is yep, I believe in taking your time, but holy cow! I hope the Uber driver still isn't waiting too! The family would like their sandwiches.. Myself, I would like a double refund for the inconveniences and my normal please, I'm hangry!!

  Stopped by here Saturday at 5:55 p.m. to grab a pizza. Sign said "open". Employee was inside. Door was locked. Employee waved us off...at 6 p.m...on a Saturday! Both employees walked out of restaurant with their own sandwiches a few minutes later! Inconsistently accept orders on app.

  How is it that there is never any meat available??? No chicken, no steak, no meatballs..... I'm pretty sure Jared was not a vegetarian. Please work on ordering enough product. Last 7 times is unacceptable.
