  I am a 62 yr old female cancer patient. Found that I needed a new battery.I called advanced auto in manchester ga, told them what I needed, he said yes they had them quoted me multiple options.even called twice,to make sure.so I go up there tell her what I need.she starts shaking her head no.she caint find it on the computer 1 of the other 4 employees that was there suggested that if I had my tag number ,still caint figure out what that was all about.but I got the tag number,owners manual.still caint find it.imstead of treating me like a customer.I was a problem.so if you need something from advance auto in manchester ga. Don't expect helpful,knowledgeable, professional and respectful employees. You are not going to find it there.thanks for your time. That's more than they had for me.

  This is the sorriest store. Every time I call, I have to be placed on hold, and they are NEVER polite. I have called 6 times in the last 4 days and EVERY TIME, I am placed on hold.

  Cait helped me replace the spark plug in my lawn mower and she is so awesome! She made sure I had the grease to keep it from getting stuck and made sure it’s warrantied if I have any issues in the future!

  My visit this time was one of the better ones because this is usually one of the worst stores I've ever been in but they are cleaning it up
