  Cait helped me replace the spark plug in my lawn mower and she is so awesome! She made sure I had the grease to keep it from getting stuck and made sure it’s warrantied if I have any issues in the future!

  I went here after a very stressful day that began with my car not starting when I was trying to get to work. The ladies here were very helpful and spent time diagnosing the problem, cleaning the area under my hood and installing a new battery for me. Thank you very much for all of your help.

  This store is amazing. I went in because my car wouldn't start. The manager Coty went out and tested my battery and alternator to make sure the battery was the problem. When we went inside I didn't know what engine my car had so Coty ran back outside to look at my tag to make sure I got the right one. He also explained the benefit on the green and red protectors and the protection plan for it. He also installed in super fast. I thought it would be an hour and he had me in and out in less than 30.

  Very horrible experience. I came in to buy a jack that would fit under my Mustang GT and oil and oil filter. I asked the guy if I could get a bag so I wouldn't have to make two trips and he grabs the bag and shoved my oil in the bag and doesn't even get it in the bag and he shoves it on the counter and turns and walks away and doesn't say anything. I get to my car and the level of disrespect settled in and I go in to talk to a manager and he was the manager and when I walked up he was talking about taking someone out back and jumping on them. I will be contacting the DM about this. Dude looked like he smelt like sloppy joes and was threatening.
